Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed Al Thani said on Saturday that he senses new momentum in Gaza cease-fire negotiations after Donald Trump’s win in the U.S. election, and that Qatar has been engaging with the incoming Trump administration and seeing encouragement from the Trump team to reach a cease-fire deal before Trump’s January 20 inauguration.
