The police arrested a 60-year-old man from Ashkelon in southern Israel on suspicion of raping and murdering Victoria (Vika) Shkolnik, a 26-year old woman whose body was found buried at the Ashkelon National Park last week, it was announced on Sunday after it was cleared for publication.
