– In the continuation of the Gaza “resettlement” talk emanating from Washington, Israeli media is now suggesting Libya as an ideal resettlement location for the residents of Gaza. Media is proposing this as an alternative to resettling in Egypt or Jordan. Arab leaders were set to meet behind closed doors in Riyadh on Friday, in a bid to come up with a plan to counter Trump’s Gaza occupation and resettlement proposal.
– In Iran, Revolutionary Guards commanders have threatened a direct attack on Israel. Based on the references made to “True Promise” attacks, an attack by Iran (should it come to fruition) would likely be similar in scale to the previous “True Promise” attacks in April and October last year. In other words, not meant to be destructive, but meant to be a deterrent and a message for the domestic audience as well.
