IDF intercepts falsely identified aerial target overnight

The IDF announced on Saturday afternoon that at 01:22 A.M. it intercepted a suspicious aerial target in the lower Galilee, but after reviewing the incident, it was determined to have been falsely identified.

The sirens in the area were sounded due to the risk of falling shrapnel from the interception.
