The gun charges against President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, will be terminated once the presidential pardon enters the court docket, a judge said on Monday.
A jury found Hunter Biden guilty in June of making false statements on a gun background check; he was due to be sentenced this week. His father signed an unconditional pardon for him on Sunday and said he believed his son had been selectively prosecuted.
