Retraction to: J Fusion Energ (2010) 29:1–4.

The Editor-in-Chief and the publisher have retracted this article. An investigation by the publisher found a number of articles, including this one, with a number of concerns, including but not limited to peer review concerns [1, 2]. Additionally, the article shows significant overlap with [3,4,5].

Based on the investigation’s findings, the Editor-in-Chief no longer has confidence in the results and conclusions of this article and retracts this article to correct the scholarly record.

The authors have not responded to correspondence regarding this retraction.
