MOSCOW, February 4. /TASS/. Visits by several government delegations from Iran to Russia are planned for 2025, Iran’s Ambassador to Moscow Kazem Jalali told reporters.
“Indeed, the exchange of government delegations is underway, and this year, in 2025, several [visits by] delegations in this area are planned. I think that we will announce them soon,” he said when asked a respective question.
Both parties are always ready for consultations on all issues, the diplomat noted, adding that parliamentary cooperation remains one of the most important areas of interaction between the two countries.
“At some point Iran and Russia created and developed a new mechanism, an interparliamentary integration, within which they discuss issues of cooperation in the parliamentary dimension. I can confirm that a number of meetings between parliamentarians of our countries are also planned in 2025,” he said.
